"I wanted to take a moment to thank Justin Shean for providing us with great customer service, each and every time we have called State Farm. David Armas' State Farm is in good hands, due to Justin working there. We experienced a crash recently, and Justin was able to answer all of our questions and go over the steps we would follow. Justin could have simply directed us to the eight hundred claims number, but instead, he was knowledgeable, thorough, and kind with all of our questions."

"Been a State Farm customer for almost 30 years & have never seen an agent/ staff not return phone calls. Or even have someone to answer the phone on a regular basis. No matter what time of day I call, I ALWAYS get the auto answer system and voicemail. That would be ok...if they would actually return calls. I even called the main State Farm number and they kept me on the phone for 20 minutes only to tell me they couldn't help me. Sad, but will be changing my insurance after almost 30 years. No customer loyalty at all. And definitely no customer service. MY last "agent", if that's what you want to call him...Mr. Jim Russo, rudely told me that they aren't agents anymore....just salesman. if that's the case, then might as well go to Geico, Progressive, or the many others that can help just as well, if not better."
